Gran Via is scheduled to finish construction on Timisoara 58, a residential project it’s developing on the former Frigocom platform in Bucharest, later this year. The developer is working on the final phase of the project, totaling 300 apartments in two housing blocks. This part of the investment amounts to €18m. The project has been underway at the intersection of Timisoara boulevard and Moinesti street, since 2013. Timisoara 58 went up in four phases and includes parking and an onsite playground.
