Spanish developer Gran Via Real Estate is planning to reopen the sales offices for its four residential projects in Romania next week. The projects include Timişoara 58, Gran Via Park and Aviaţiei Apartments in Bucharest and Gran Via Marina in Constanta.
“During the emergency, we took all safety measures to continue the ongoing construction sites in Constanta and Bucharest. Now, with the same caution, we will resume work in the sales offices and resume viewing with customers of our projects,” said Ana Maria Nemtanu, sales and marketing director at Gran Via Real Estate.
