Spanish developer Gran Via Real Estate has bought a plot of land on Fabrica de Gheaţă Street in Bucharest, near Plumbuita Park, where it will build a residential project with 90 apartments.
“The new land with an area of 2,395 sqm will allow us to build a project, of 90 apartments, for which we plan to start construction this year, with a delivery deadline of 24 months from the beginning of the works”, says Antoanela Comşa, General Manager, Gran Via Romania.
The project will include two and three-room apartments with direct views of the Lake and Plumbuita Park. According to the Gran Via, the development will present an affordable housing alternative for those targeting the Aviation area.
