Gran Via is planning to invest €10m into the first phase of a large-scale residential project in Constanta. The Spanish developer is hoping to secure all the necessary permits and start construction by mid-August. To go up on Aurel Vlaicu Boulevard, near the Vivo shopping center and the Auchan hypermarket, Gran Via Marina will offer between 800 and 850 apartments in eight, 11-story housing blocks. The first block will include 192 apartments. Gran Via is planning to finance the project through the help of a bank loan.
