Grand Coast Capital hires experienced duo to drive expansion

Boston-based real estate investment and private lending firm, Grand Coast Capital Group, have hired Joseph Blackett and Dan Kinchla to the firm’s asset management and underwriting team. In their new roles, Blackett and Kinchla will be responsible for reviewing and assessing residential renovation and commercial real estate loans as well as their servicing. Prior to joining Grand Coast, Blackett was a credit underwriter at Capital Crossing Servicing Co. and received his Bachelor’s degree from Bryant University before earning a certificate in CRE Finance from Boston University. Kinchla served as an asset manager for UC Funds.
