Grand Hotel Italia, the five-star hotel in Cluj, part of the Italian Select Hotels Group chain, operated last year at an average rate of 50 percent and ended with a turnover of RON 13 million. The company plans to open a spa to attract more tourists.
“We hope for a better year this year, we have budgeted business growth by 18-20 percent compared to last year. We will open the spa to attract more tourists. It covers an area of 2,500 sqm and the investment is estimated at EUR 1 million, “said Simion Prunean, the hotel’s administrator.
Grand Hotel Italia, with a capacity of 187 rooms and also 14 conference rooms covers an area of over 30,000 sqm.
