Grand Tower wins big at European Property Awards 2017

Grand Tower, currently underway in Frankfurt by gsp Städtebau, won a trio of prizes at this year’s European Property Awards ceremony in London. At a height of 172 meters, the project, designed by Magnus Kaminiarz & Cie. Architektur, is set to become the tallest residential skyscraper in Germany. Grand Tower took first place in three categories: Best Residential High-Rise Architecture Germany, Best Residential High-Rise Development Germany and Best Development Marketing Germany. The 47-story skyscraper will offer 401 apartments, totaling around 44,000 sqm of floor area.
