Granite Aventura has paid $21.6 million for a 1.9 acre residential development site. The seller, Chateau Aventura, a partnership between Miami based Chateau Group and Hollywood based MG3 bought the property out of foreclosure in 2010 for $3.63 million. Located at the northwest corner of Northeast 28th Court and Northeast 185th Street, the land was originally owned by Merco Group before it was seized by Ocean Bank.
