Following its acquisition of a Cigraph Group distribution unit in Italy, Hungarian architectural and construction software company Graphisoft has officially established an Italian subsidiary. Under the deal, Graphisoft also took over the majority of Cigraph Group’s employees. The price of the deal was not disclosed. Graphisoft also has units in the United States, Germany, Great Britain, Japan, Hong Kong and Mexico, with distribution networks extending to 80 countries around the world.
