Greek logistics sector thriving despite pandemic

10 June 2020

The logistics sector In Greece has been expanding this year, and market observers believe it will continue to do so until into 2021. Constant demand for warehousing and distribution facilities makes this category of assets one of the safest moves for institutional investors and asset development companies, and investments are much lower than in other categories. In Greece, 80% of storage space under construction has already been leased in advance, at rental prices that were applied before the appearance of the coronavirus, and in this sector, demand increased during the pandemic.
