New York-based Clarion Partners has disposed of a Plantation office building to an affiliate of Miami-based the Green Cos. managed by Elizabeth A. Green, in a $19.25 million transaction. Located at 150 S. Pne Island Road, the 109,775 square foot office building changed hands for just over $175 per square foot. Clarion acquired the building, which was constructed in 1984 for $22 million in 2006. The deal was funded with a 10-year, $12.5 million mortgage provided by Forethought Life Insurance Co.
