Green Gate Development will started construction on a new 10-story, 27,000 sqm office project in Bucharest next week.
The project, Green Gate, is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2014, according to Wall Street. Construction will be overseen by Bog’Art.
The Advisers/Knight Frank was appoint exclusive leasing agent.
