Skanska’s Green House office project has officially opened in Budapest, and the building’s first two tenants, ABB and Skanska Property Hungary, have already moved in. Isys-On will move in this month, while Avis Budget Group will follow in March. The 17,8000 sqm, seven-story building, which offers unique green solutions, was 60 percent pre-leased prior to its completion. There is currently still 4,400 sqm of office space available for lease.
