The Proximo office building, underway at the intersection of Prosta and Przyokopowa streets on the outskirts of Warsaw’s CBD, was awarded with a BREEAM Very Good certificate. The project’s location, 20 meters from the newly built Rondo Daszyńskiego metro station, along with its proximity to bus and tram stops was given high marks. Proximo was also credited for its user-friendly work environment with excellent daylight supply and its state-of-the-art air conditioning and ventilation system as well as solutions aimed at increasing energy efficiency and waste management.
