Green Towers awarded LEED Platinum rating

Skanska Green Towers, now underway in the city of Wrocław, was awarded a LEED Platinum rating. This is the first project in Poland to receive the highest LEED rating. Green Towers is going up on Strzegomska Street, right next to one of Wrocław’s main transportation arteries, Legnicka Street. The two-building complex will provide 23,300 sqm of new space to the local office market. The project will also include two underground levels of parking with 300 spaces.
“LEED Platinum for the first building of the Green Towers complex is a great success and a reason to feel proud,” said Waldemar Olbryk, president of Skanska Property Poland. “I am pleased that we have successfully coped with the challenges related to the development and certification of this investment.”
