Poland’s state-owned Mars closed-end fund has secured the law firm Greenberg Traurig as a tenant for its new office component of its Centrum Bankowo-Finansowe Nowy Śwat. Nowy Świat 2.0 is due for completion in the third quarter of 2015 and will be offering 6,100 sqm of commercial space. Greenberg Traurig already occupies 2,800 sqm in the Stock Exchange Centre building, which is owned by the same closed-end fund.
