GreenWeee International will invest EUR 10 million in the construction of a new electrical and electronic waste recycling plant on the Frasinu industrial platform in Buzău and the acquisition of facilities for the recycling of waste electrical and electronic equipment.
Construction will begin early next year and will be operational in the fourth quarter of 2022, according to data provided by company representatives.
The project will be financed by OTP Bank Romania within an existing syndicated loan. The company also owns two factories locally, one in Buzau since 2009 and one in Câmpia Turzii since 2017.
