Gregory Belew has joined the Alliance Residential Company as Managing Director based out of the company’s Secaucus, New Jersey office. In his new role, Belew will be responsible for the development and acquisition of multifamily properties in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania. Prior to joining Alliance, Belew was a regional partner at JPI Companies, national multifamily developer and he was a co-founder and managing partner of New York-based Fifth Square Partners. Previously, he worked for JPMorgan’s Real Estate and Lodging Investment Banking Group. Belew received an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and a BBA in Real Estate and Finance at Southern Methodist University.
