Miami-based Monument Real Estate Services has announced that Gregory J. Lozinak has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer. Stuart Zook, the current Chief Executive Officer, will assume a newly created role as Chief Investment Officer, focusing on furthering the firm’s strategic growth and investments. Prior to joining Monument Real Estate Services, Lozinak served as the division president of Invitation Homes worked with Waterton Residential and held leadership positions at ING Clarion Partners and Archstone. An industry veteran, Lozinak has more than 20 years of experience in real estate investment and management, and graduated from Saint Bonaventure University, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting. He also served as an officer in the U.S. Army.
