Greystar Student Living has been selected to manage the CollegeTown at Madison Street student housing development in Tallahassee near the campus of Florida State University. Phase 1 of the project has been completed and will offer 135 beds and a variety of restaurants. The second phase, currently under construction, will feature 202 beds and additional retail space. Amenities include a 4,000-square-foot indoor/outdoor summer kitchen, a fitness center, and a business center. Current retail tenants include Urban Outfitters, Madison Social, Pomberry, Samba Cantina, Recess, Brooklyn Water Bagel and Vale Foods. Urban Street Development and CollegeTown formed a JV to develop the student living project.
