Greysteel has promoted the senior director of the company’s Washington, D.C. office Kyle Tangney to the position of managing director. Tangney focuses on multifamily property deals and as leader of the firm’s local investments sales team, he is responsible for business development, marketing strategy and start-to-finish deal execution. Tangney has been with the company since it was founded in 2012 and holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Maryland.
