Griffin Real Estate has purchased a 4,000 sqm office building in Warsaw. The property, located in the capital’s Kabaty district, used to house the Polish publishing company Świat Książki, and is owned by the German media company Bertelsmann. The amount of the transaction was kept confidential. The purchase by Griffin follows the acquisition of Warsaw’s Hala Koszyki, the historic market hall in downtown Warsaw, secured last month.
