Griffin Group added another office project to its portfolio this month. Located on Al Jerozolimskie street in Warsaw, Company House II (nicknamed Philips House) is fully leased to Microsoft. While the building was added to Griffinās portfolio last year, the deal reportedly closed Feb. 19. The seller is AXA Real Estate. Westdeutsche ImmobilienBank AG backed Griffin in the transaction. Offering 9,379 sqm of usable space, Company House II was delivered in 2003. Griffin has reportedly acquired three office building during the last three months, totaling PLN 200m.
