Griffin Real Estate has acquired Polonez hotel in Poznań from Orbis. The hotel has 369 rooms. The sale price is being kept confidential. Griffin Real Estate also took a 4,000 sqm plot adjacent to the hotel. Located on Mickiewicza street, the hotel provides a total of 21,000 sqm of space. This is Griffin Real Estate’s sixth deal on the Polish market since the beginning of the year. Orbis is planning to sell off at least one other property next year and has invited Griffin Real Estate to make a bid.
