Griffin seals Green Horizon acquisition

Griffin finalized its acquisition of Skanska’s Green Horizon offices in Łódź in a transaction whose price tag is being withheld. This is Griffin’s second recent acquisition in Łódź, following its takeover of the Scheibler factory. Linklaters and Colliers International advised Griffin, while Cushman & Wakefield and Dentons acted on behalf Skanska. Delivered in 2013, Green Horizon added nearly 33,000 sqm of office space to Pomorska street. The project is almost fully-let to Infosys BPO Poland, which extended its lease last year, from 21,000 sqm to 24,900 sqm. The extension marks the biggest lease transaction on the Łódź office market. The project is LEED-certified.
