Griffin, Skanska and Starwood are set to acquire Warsaw’s Westin hotel. The companies have already asked the European Commision to approve the deal, which is expected to happen in December. No further details about the JV have been revealed. Skanska was given a green light by Poland’s antitrust authority last year to take over SPS Investment, the owner of Hotel Atrium, which operates Westin Warsaw.
