Grimbu will oversee the construction of the Wikana Square estate in Rzeszów. The deal, signed with the Wikana Group, is worth PLN 60.5m. Completion is set for the end of 2020. The property will go on Lenartowicza street and include two buildings. One building will offer 138 apartments, while the other will include 142 units. The apartments will range from 28 sqm to 129 sqm. Each apartment will have a terrace, balcony or loggia. Currently, 130 apartments are still available to purchase.
