Grivalia Properties wins tender for Queen Sofia’s Ave. 68 in Athens

Grivalia Properties has been declared the higher bidder at a public auction for the acquisition of Queen Sofia’s Avenue 68 in Athens. The multi-storey building offers a mix of retail and office space, with underground parking. A total of 3,900 sqm of the 4,500 sqm on offer is currently leased, primarily to international companies and organizations. Considered a primer building in Athens, it features bullet proof windows and a glazing system capable of withstanding a rocket attack. As it was expected to be the headquarters of Aspis bank, the building also features a high security safe. Grivalia offered €11.3m for the building. Finalization of the acquisition should take place in the coming days.
