Groma Hold has acquired water management company Regulacije for €1.075m. The Serbian Trade Ministry opened the public tender for this sale in August. Regulacija specializes in the construction of water management facilities to help regulate rivers and offer flood, torrential and erosion protection. The company also oversees facility maintenance. Groma Hold is a Bulgarian company that was established in 1995. It is a leader in infrastructure construction.
