Grover Corlew, based in Pompano Beach, has picked up the Orlando Central Office Park in Orlando. The property is located 3.5 miles east of Orlandoās central business district, just off East Colonial Drive and across the street from the Fashion Square Mall. The 21 building, 46 acre office park has 637,380 square feet of office space and was 82 percent leased at the time of the sale. The asset changed hands for $50 million from the seller, New York, New York-based DRA CRT Orlando Central Center LLC
