GRR Group has completed the acquisition of EDEKA-Markt with a total rental area of 1,950 sqm in Garbsen. The deal between GRR Group and the food retailer EDEKA expands the buyer’s portfolio by €4.4m. There are additional opportunities for residential development in the direct vicinity of the market’s location in Garbsen at the intersection of Wreschener Allee and Ringstraße. The seller was Buccleuch Germany, which was acting through its property and asset manager Cording Group.
