Grup Petrol Marin, which owns the GPM campsite in Mamaia Nord, begins the development of a real estate project on the plot of 50,000 sqm. The project will include a five-star hotel and six blocks of luxury apartments.
The construction of the first block of flats within the AXXIS Nova Resort & SPA project will start at the end of September. The block will have studios, apartments with two, three and four rooms, and the prices start from EUR 70,000.
Upon completion, the complex will also have a five-star hotel, a SPA, a shopping center with luxury shops, a casino, heated indoor and outdoor pools, summer garden, promenade and private beach.
