Grupo Villar Mir is selling Torre Espacio, the skyscraper it owns in the Cuatro Torres complex in Madrid. The company is considering two offers from interested investors. Located on Paseo de la Castellana, the 236-meter skyscraper offers 60,140 sqm of office space. Villar Mir companies, including OHL, Espacio, Ferroatlántica and Fertiberia, occupy 50 percent of the space. Other tenants include Red Bull, British American Tobacco and Sonatrach, as well as the Dutch, British, Canadian and Australian embassies.
