The General Services Administration, on behalf of the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission, has renewed its lease with landlord Lerner Enterprises. The 347,992 sqf office is located at Two White Flint North in North Bethesda, Maryland. Two White Flint North has served as the national headquarters for the Nuclear Regulatory Commission for over 20 years. The building is located just north of the Capital Beltway on Rockville Pike, adjacent to the White Flint Metro Station.
