GSP has received a building permit for the 160-meter residential highrise it is planning to develop next to the Skyline Plaza shopping center in Frankfurt. Construction is set to start at the beginning of 2016, with completion scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2018. Sales of the 401 apartments will start next year. The project is reportedly Germany’s tallest apartment building. The Osloer Strasse site was first earmarked for a Hyatt hotel, but the chain withdrew from the project.
