Globe Trade Centre has signed a new tenant for its Francuska Business Centre in the Polish city of Katowice. Following the 3,340 sqm the developer leased last month in the building, this most recent deal for 3,200 sqm brings the building’s occupancy to 60%. According to the agreement, the tenant’s name is to be kept confidential until September 2012, though GTC did reveal the company is a major Polish-based company. The 21,700 sqm building is the second in GTC’s Francuska Office Centre, with the scheme’s first building already built and fully occupied.
