Globe Trade Centre (GTC) broke ground on its first FortyOne scheme in Belgrade. The project will include 27,400 sqm of leasable class A office space in three buildings. The first phase is set to add 10,000 sqm to the local market.
GTC has been present in Serbia since 2003, having built more than 100,000 sqm in New Belgrade’s business zone. In the SEE region, GTC operates in Romania, Croatia and Bulgaria.
