GTC buys Belgrade Business Center

The developer GTC (Global Trade Center) has acquired the Belgrade Business Center, the class A office scheme. The complex has 17,900 sqm gross leasable area and 307 parking spaces. Current tenants include Unicredit bank, Air Serbia and NCR. GTC will increase its portfolio to 98,400 sqm gross area through the transaction and strengthen its annual income by over €3m. Financial details of this purchase are still unknown. In April 2017, GTC officially opened its third project in Belgrade, the Forty-One office building. The company is also active in Poland, Bulgaria, Romania and Croatia.
