GTC has secured a building permit for its next office landmark scheme in Budapest. The Twist-Budapest City Tower is set to go up in the capitalâs 13th district and will offer 37,000 sqm of leasable space. The project will feature a unique architecture style that will make the building look like itâs literally âtwistingâ up to the sky.
The developer recently completed GTC White House, another office scheme in Budapest, along the VĂĄci corridor. The class A project offers 21,500 sqm and features green architecture as well as a refurbished turn-of-the-century standalone 2,000 sqm loft building. GTC White House was awarded LEED Gold precertification.
