GTC Group has started the implementation of a project called GTC X, which will offer the market 17,000 sqm of office space in block 41 in New Belgrade. GTC X will be characterized by a specific architecture, signed by the Austrian bureau Atelier Thomas Pucher, engaged in the design of another complex from the portfolio of the same investor – GTC Green Heart.
On 8 floors is a modern office space, which is designed on the principle of “open space”, high quality finishing works with a height of 2.80 m and the possibility of space organization and interior design to the user, with parking on three levels of the underground floor with 330 parking spaces. Project GTC X, like all previous GTC projects, has been designed and will be executed in accordance with the GOLD LEED certificate, an internationally recognized certification program for the construction of energy-efficient facilities.
The investor of the facility, the international company GTC, has implemented numerous projects in Serbia in the past 20 years, the most recent being GTC Fortyone and GTC Green Heart in the business segment, but also the Ada Mall in the retail segment. The new GTC X project is scheduled for completion during September 2022.
