GTC Group recorded 10% increase in rental income in the first quarter of 2022

The GTC Group recorded a 10 percent increase in rental income in the first quarter of 2022 compared to the same period last year. The occupancy rate also increased by 1 percent, and adjusted EBIDTA is 5 percent higher. At the group level, the retail sector returned to pre-Covid 19 results, with a record turnover of 112 percent in April 2022 compared to 2019.

“Revenues in the first quarter of this year show a significant improvement, while new acquisitions cover revenues lost due to the abandonment of the portfolio on the Serbian market. Our retail sector has seen strong growth, especially in terms of performance, with sales up 12 percent from 2019, ”said Ariel Ferstman, CFO GTC and member of the Board.
