GTC Croatia is investing €49.2m into a new office complex in Zagreb. Under way along Slavonska Avenija in the capital’s Radnicka business zone, the complex will include two seven-story office towers, offering 20,000 sqm of leasable space each, with office floor plans ranging between 150 sqm and 1,600 sqm. There will also be parking for cars and bikes. Kamgrad is overseeing construction, which is expected to be finished within a year. The towers were designed to meet LEED Gold and A+ energy-efficiency standards.
