GTC Romania put another 212 apartments at its FeliCity residential project in northern Bucharest on sale. Coldwell Banker Affiliates of Romania is the exclusive selling agent.
The apartments on offer are from the project’s second phase. Prices start at at €73,780 for a three-room, 125.8 sqm apartment.
FeliCity includes 324 apartments in total, 112 of which were delivered in the project’s first phase. FeliCity is the second residential project developed locally by GTC Romania. The developer’s first residential project in Bucharest was Rose Garden, located in the capital’s Colentina area. GTC Romania’s portfolio also includes the office projects Europe House, America House and City Gate and four shopping centers in Arad, Buzau, Piatra-Neamt and Suceava.
GTC Romania was founded in 1999 and is part of GTC Group, which is active across Central and Eastern Europe.
