GTC completed the second phase of its University Business Park in Łódź. Located in the city center, the 39,200 sqm complex is currently 70 percent lease to companies like Fujitsu Technology Solutions, Samsung Electronics Poland, Accenture, Mobica and UPS. GTC will likely keep the project in its portfolio. University Business Park is the only office development in GTC’s portfolio. The company is currently focusing on its flagship retail developments, Galeria Wilanów and Galeria Północna, both set to go up in Warsaw.
