In the last five months of 2012, the real estate developer GTC has sold 50 apartments in Rose Garden residential project in Bucharest. GTC, which developed backing from Deutsche Bank has seen an increase in demand for new residential units recently according to Shimon Galon, CEO of GTC Romania.
The price for a studio is around €53,000 and €69,000 for an apartment with 2 rooms. The complex is already 70 percent occupied. The exclusive agent for the project is Coldwell Banker. The residential complex is located close to Obor market and offers 908 apartment in 11 buildings.
GTC is also selling apartments in another Bucharest residential project called FeliCity.
