GTC has signed a pre-sale agreement with Calobra Investments, a subsidiary of Allianz Real Estate group, for its project Platinum Business Park, located on Domaniewska Street in Warsaw. According to the agreement, as reported in the Polish media, GTC will offload its complex for €173.37m, in which the fifth building has not secured an occupancy permit. The park’s total leasable is 44,000 sqm.
