GTC Hungary started construction on a new landmark office project in Budapest’s 13th district. Designed by Zoboki Design & Architecture, Pillar will offer 29,000 sqm of space, with floor plates ranging from 950 sqm to 6,050 sqm. The scheme will also feature 2,000 sqm of prime retail on the ground floor and plenty of greenery as well as parking for 380 vehicles and 178 bicycles.
