GTC signed a preliminary agreement to acquire the Pixel office building in Poznań. Opened in 2013, the property offers 14,500 sqm on seven floors as well as 399 underground and 32 surface-level parking spots. Located at the corner of Grunwaldzka and Babimojska streets, the building is fully leased to Allegro. it was designed by JEMS architects.
