GTC is set to break ground on its 21,500 sqm White House office scheme on Váci út. in Budapest. Completion is scheduled for the end of 2017. CBRE and Cushman and Wakefield were named exclusive leasing agents for the project. GTC Hungary currently manages 120,000 sqm of office space in five buildings across the country. GTC Hungary owns four of the buildings.
