In 2012, GTC developer plans to deliver another phase of Platinum Business Park in Warsaw and its second shopping centre in Bulgaria. However, in a recent announcement, the company wrote it will continue to focus on Poland as its core market. “Poland remains the economic leader in the region, even in the face of recent turmoil on European markets. The risk of investments in Poland is still lower than in other countries in this part of Europe and the financing for development projects is available. Most of GTC’s investments in the short and medium term will be associated with the Polish market, says Jacek Wachowicz, board member and leasing and sales director at GTC. In all, GTC is to deliver nearly 47,000 sqm of new office and retail space to the CEE region with the fifth phase of Platinum Business Park providing 11,000 sqm of space and the Bulgarian mall as much as 36,500 sqm of space.
